Was underway, sparked by Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, a Texas Democrat, that she steered scholarships to her relatives and the children of a staff member. The foundation’s chairman, Rep. Donald Payne, D-NJ. said that neither the foundation nor the Congressional Black Caucus ‘’ will allow unethical behavior in the awarding of scholarships or any programs that are designed to benefit the community.’’
Nearly 2,000 employers and unions have been approved to seek Federal reimbursement for the Health claims of their ‘’ early retirees, ‘’ or retired workers aged 55 or older who are too young to get Medicare. Obama administration officials said , the $5 billion program is a key ‘’ bridge ‘’ provision of the new Federal Health-care Law, intended to encourage employers to maintain coverage of early retirees and the their families until states are able to establish Federally Subsidized Health Insurance Exchanges in 2014.

The Healthcare Reform Bill when approved included the government takeover of the Student Loan Programs that previously was administered thru the banking industry. The loss of private sector jobs ( 38,000 ) and the loss of the private sector industry adds to the economic problems.
Recently there was a report that Congressional Staff members student loans were paid by the government (US Taxpayers ) at a cost of $12 billion to the treasury. Little was written in the news media. How the STUDENT LOAN PROGRAMS were included in a Health Care bill needs to be questioned and answered.

Federal Health-care Law.’’ It appears that those Employers are Cities, Towns, States, and Public Services Employers and Unions employed in the Public Sector areas. In other words the public employees and union employees will get more benefits than the private sector employers and employees before they reach the 65 year requirements of collecting social security and Medicare benefits.
Who is too blame for not watching out for the average middle class taxpayer? The Barak Obama administration pushed the Healthcare Reform bills thru without our elected representatives in Congress reading or debating the bill before they voted to approved the Healthcare Reform bill.
President Obama was asked if the unions would be exempt from the provisions of the Health care Reform bill prior to the passage of the bill. Obama stated that the unions will not be exempt. Recently the business sector reported that the unions will be grandfathered and exempt from the law. Senator Wilson called President Obama a liar latter confirmed by the media that the President did indeed lie.
There is an old expression, ‘’ you can fool some of the people some of the time but you can’t fool all the people all the time .’’The time has come to question our elected members of Congress, make them accountable to the public for their actions on voting issues. Many have supported the party in lieu of the people who elected them to serve in government.

In 2010 I'll vote republican to get as many dems as possible out of Washington. Hopefully, by 2012 we'll have some good candidates and will vote out even more of the old guard, including many republicans.

Yes sir! I am with you all the way. Your words ring true, you have a sharp eye for the important stories. Thank you for this good read. You know why they want to control student loans: to deny loans to Christian schools and seminaries. Once all student loans become government programs, loans to attend "politically incorrect" colleges with be a conflict of the "separation of church and state." All student loans will be for colleges that teach multiculturalist drivel and transgendered studies.

JUST WONDERING WHEN the Democrats and President Barak Obama WILL DECIDE NOT TO BLAME BUSH FOR THE ECONOMIC PROBLEMS. Past President Clinton recently said that the Democrats and President Obama need more time. What he didn't say was that the Democrats have had control of congress and the economy since 2007 when unemployment was 4.6%. Let’s hope for the best in Nov when the people can decide who should be representing them in congress.

Just an update on the Healthcare BILL on the first year anniversary.
Obama said the unions would not be exempt, the unions are exempt.
What the president didn’t tell the people is that in the existing bill
there are $250 billion in new taxes and $500 billion in Medicare
cuts. The bill requires everyone to purchase insurance otherwise they will be fined.
1102 [New authority] Reinsurance for early retirees. Requires the Secretary, within 90 days of enactment, to establish a temporary reinsurance program to provide reimbursement to participating employer-based plans for part of the cost of providing health benefits to early retirees age 55-64 and their families.
the Obama administration released $50 billion, most went to union plans.

The Obama administration has approved over 1500 waivers to Obamcare, most of which were union affiliated plans. Recently 23 companies and unions were exempted from the legislation, 20% of those GRANTED on that day were in Congresswomen Pelosi’s district in San Francisco. How convenient for the Democrat leader. Remember when than Speaker Pelosi said ‘’ we need to pass the bill so that we can see what’s in it ‘’
On 5/24/11 a report on the Stimulus Funding was presented to some members of Congress. Senator Coburn is calling for a investigation as to why companies and non profits were given stimulus funds who owe the government federal taxes. It appears that 3700 contractors and non profits doing work for the government received $24 billion of stimulus funds.
Senator Coburn wants to know as to why and how the grants were given when the companies were tax delinquent. It would not look good for the Obama Administration if the companies had made large donations to the 2008 presidential campaign.

TODAY, Feb.10, 2012 President Obama held a press conference to defend Obamacare forcing Catholic healthcare providers to pay for women seeking contraceptive devices for free. The Obama solution was a directive that insurance companies will be forced to provide the contraceptive service free of charge with no co-pays.
A typical Barak Obama press conference, the President speaks and tells the press that the government will direct the private sector insurance companies to provide the services for free. Obama ends the talk and walks off the speaker platform while the press shouts out questions. Is this is the same man who when running for election in 2008 promised to have the most open and visible administration? Really
Speaker Pelosi’s statement in 2009, regarding the healthcare bill said ‘’ we must pass the bill so that we know what’s in it’’. It appears that the Healthcare bill as passed has had many changes to satisfy the Obama administration .
Our Constitution only allows Congress to make law and the President to sign the legislation into law. Any amendments to a law is Congress’s responsibility not the Presidents . Where is Congress?

President Obama is asking Congress to pass the extension of a the 3.4% interest rate on student loans that will expire soon. The rate will go up to 6.4% if Congress does not act.How does PAY-GO law effect the change? Should the increase in the rate be considered a tax increase?

A recent media reported that the Healthcare Law included $20 million to hire a PR firm to promote the Health care Law. Obama is releasing those funds even before the Supreme Court rules in June as to the constituttionality of the law.
Is this another campaign free-be for the President?
