Where do I begin to respond to the accusations and propaganda that
president Obama is using to demonizing the insurance companies and the
so called republican opposition ( he doesn't mention the democrats not
agreeing )to the present approved healthcare reform legislation.
Today, speaker of the house Pelosi stated ''WE NEED TO PASS THE BILL
SO THAT WE WILL KNOW WHAT IS IN IT ''. That statement should
tell you something about what is going on in the democrat controlled
congress and the Obama administration. We got to hurry and pass this
bill, really, even if the people reject the present bill.
Wake up America, we are not being told the truth, the whole truth about
the healthcare bill. This radical group in Washington wants our elected
representatives to pass a bill that is not yet written or debated. The CBO
can't score the health care reform bill until it is written and we know
that the final legislation has not been written or posted for 72 hours.
Obama mentions CBO statistics which latter on the CBO contradicts the
president’s statistics. One must wonder who's figures we can believe. The
president said about his plan regarding the cost of insurance, '' we must
have more people paying so that the cost can come down''. He's right, that's
why the plan mandates that everyone will be forced to buy insurance.
So, why isn't congress and the president concentrating on first getting the
people back to work (14.9 million of the unemployed ).The president said
''if we have more people paying, the cost (insurance) will come down. The
solution is right in front of Barak Obama and Congress, so what’s the
holdup, get the people back to work. The stimulus bill was intended to
get the economy moving again with ready shovel projects.
Our government plays a major role for premiums escalating. The insurance
companies have no choice , in order to stay in business but to raise rates to
their paying members, when income goes down. A profit margin of 2% to
4% is not out of line in the healthcare insurance industry.
In 2006 the unemployment rate was 4.6%(republicans controlled congress),
2007 rate was 6.0% ( democrat take over of congress ), 2008 rate was7%
(second year of democrat congress) and 2009 rate was 9.7% (SUPER
MAJORITY democrat controlled congress ). Congress approved the stimulus
bill $787 billion, now $ 800 + billion to create jobs. That's a lot of people
out of work losing healthcare and insurance companies losing income to
cover cost to providers.
Polls show that 60%to70% of the people don’t like the present healthcare
plan. President Obama has heard the voice of the people, so why is he
insisting that congress pass the health reform insurance bill. Congress
needs to concentrate on jobs and to stop spending before passing legislation
which will increase the deficit.
Let’s face it, it’s not about healthcare, it’s about rising insurance cost. The
government needs to accept their responsibility in the rising cost of
healthcare insurance cost. President Obama in his arrogance needs to
face up to untrue statements about what’s in the bill and accept the will
of the people.
Wake up America, contact your representative and question why
the proposed healthcare reform legislation should be approved
before the economy and the jobs problems are solved.

The US Government is the largest healthcare insurance provider in the world. They manage medicare,medicaid, the va (veterans administration ) and ships ( for children ).
The us denying services is 8.5% and is #1
Etna is #2 at 6.0% denial
Obama is chastising the insurance companies for denying insurance coverage when it's our government leading the world.
Both democrat and republican members of congress agree that the denial of pre existing conditions need to be fixed.Despite what the Obama congress is saying about the insurance companies,note that their profit margins are between 2% and 4%. That is not a lot considering that the government taxes company profits.
Most insurers are not making much profit at all. Kaiser turned a nice profit last year, but in 2008 they lost more than $700 million. Those greedy bastards.
The insurance companies apparently need their own "Henry Paulson" to step in and hand them unlimited funds with no disclosure to save the day when needed. But they don't have that. When they lose they lose.
I worked for a major Health Insurer. And what people have to realize is that people USE insurance when they have it. The use it over and over. They DEMAND expensive tests.
Obama is a Fraud. And there is NOTHING in this Bill that will regulate Insurers ability to raise premiums... and there shouldn't be. Insurers will raise premiums to coincide with the increasing costs.
Putting Pre Existing conditions into risk pools where they did not appear before will result in higher premiums. It's that simple. It's like telling auto insurers they have to include convicted DUI's im their risk pools.
What it all comes down to is this: People need to take care of themselves BEFORE so they don't become ill. Doctors can cut and drug but they can't really "fix" you.
Health is a personal responsibility.
The reality is this: Until the Fractional Reserve Banking system is abolished it won't matter. All costs will rise in all industries. Americans can not burden the existing debt load and with or without this horrible Health Care Bill the system will still crash. This will just accelerate the crash.
You know Jon... there are a lot of really dumb people in our Country. People that simply can not see the lies. People who are not intelligent enough to do simple math. People that are gullible and buy into the lies. And these people have the same voting rights as you and I. And it's sad that these people are so easily manipulated by the Evil Ruling Elite. They are too stupid to even realize the lies they buy into. And they boast of "winning" when the reality is these idiots are those who will suffer the most.
Sorry I found this after all which has gone on....Pelosi "...so we will know what is in it..." I am censuring my own comment here in hubpages....why didn't she sit down and read the over 1000 pages to find out what was in it?? She did not, she called in favors to various people to get votes for it. This is how it passed. My Bible speaks against people like this....
As far as the insurance companies and medicare....many doctors, physical therapy clinics and a host of other medical facilities are going to have to shut their doors, lay off employees because of this bill......yet some are only concerned about themselves in the fact that they will suddenly have insurance when they had none.
If all our jobs were intact as they were prior to this last election, who the heck would need this pack of lies anyhow???

It feels like the first 2 years that Obama and the dems have been in charge will cost more and do more damage to the US have occurred than during the entire Bush administration? That would include both natural and terrosits disasters combined. Unfortunately the crazy liberal that seem to frequent hubpages would support BO even if he was proven guilty on on multiple felonies.

On March 23,2011 the Obama Healthcare Reform bill had it's 1 year anniversary. Twenty three states have filed lawsuits to have the bill repealed. The Obama administration has granted over 1000 waivers to the bill. Waivers have been granted to businesses, states and labor unions. President Barak Obama stated that the LABOR UNIONS would not be exempt from the law, apparently the president made another false statement when questioned about the content of the 2300 page bill prior to the passage of the legislation

TODAY, Feb.10, 2012 President Obama held a press conference to defend Obamacare forcing Catholic healthcare providers to pay for women seeking contraceptive devices for free. The Obama solution was a directive that insurance companies will be forced to provide the contraceptive service free of charge with no co-pays.
A typical Barak Obama press conference, the President speaks and tells the press that the government will direct the private sector insurance companies to provide the services for free. Obama ends the talk and walks off the speaker platform while the press shouts out questions. Is this is the same man who when running for election in 2008 promised to have the most open and visible administration? Really
Speaker Pelosi’s statement in 2009, regarding the healthcare bill said ‘’ we must pass the bill so that we know what’s in it’’. It appears that the Healthcare bill as passed has had many changes to satisfy the Obama administration .
Our Constitution only allows Congress to make law and the President to sign the legislation into law. Any amendments to a law is Congress’s responsibility not the Presidents . Where is Congress?

Maybe Obama is demonizing the insurance industry because he wants the government to take them over. Yesterday, by the way, I heard on TV that medicare refuses more treatments than insurance companies do.
