President Borak Obama Campaign Failed Promises In The First Year

67

By JON EWALL

During the 2008 presidential election campaign for the presidency,

candidate Obama promised hope and change will be coming to

Washington. The reform legislation that Obama and the majority

Democrat party are pushing for have confirmed his intentions of

changing the ways in American government.

Let’s look back to what candidate Obama pledged to the American

people if elected. President Barak Obama pledged:

1.To bring back the jobs lost in 2007 and 2008

2.To fix the economic problems by passing the $787 billion Tarp bill (Congress passed the bill without reading or debating the bill

3.To have fiscal responsibility and control spending, Barak Obama

promised to go line for line and strike out pork in the Tarp bill

4.To rid Washington of lobbyist and special interest groups

5.To surround himself with experienced and capable people

6.To have an open transparent government and to allow C-Span to

televise the debates and congressional hearings.

7 To close gitmo last year.

8.To end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan

9.To give 95% of the people a tax break and not to tax anyone

below $250,000, by the way according to some officials the ceiling

has dropped down to$100,000 with a possibility to $85,000 due to

lack of money coming into the treasury.

10.To not allow no bid contracts in his administration.

A major news source reported that Obama gave a $25 million no

bid contract to a donor of his campaign. The contract recently was

cancelled after being exposed by the media..

11. To reduce the deficit by 50% in his first term.

The proposed budget for 2011($3.85 trillion )given to Congress will

be the largest ever in our history if passed by Congress..

The above information you will not see in the bias press or reported

on ABC,CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, or other liberal news medias.

Watch C-Span or Fox News, they report and broadcast the actual

uncensored news

The Presidents rating is ‘’F’’ on the first year ?

In summary, let’s be fair when President Obama talks about what

his administration and Congress was left with after the past

administration. The simple facts are that then Senator Obama and

the present Democrat party took full control of Congress in January

2007 and in 2008. with a lame duck President George W. Bush.

Surely it is irresponsible to blame the Bush administration for all

the present problems without noting who controlled Congress in

2007 and 2008. President Obama and the Democrats should be

accepting their political parties share of the blame for their part in the recession.

Good hub here. I am totally sickened by the ass kissing the mainstream media directs toward Barry and his failed administration. Candidate BO TOLD us to judge him by the company he keeps. By doing only that one thing, I can become terrified. This man is an out of control narcissist and an egomaniac that cannot stand to be questioned or blamed for anything. I think even the left could be growing weary of the blame Bush mantra.

I voted every single one of your articles up. I'll likely take a hit on my hubscore, but I don't care. Someone has got to expose the lies.

It's an absolute sad state of affairs, but I do think that the American people are finally starting to wake up just a little bit. Let's hope they've fully awakened come November. :)

Today is 3/7/11 and President Obama has been in office some 25 months. I pointed out 11 of the Presidents promises he made to the American people if elected. Out of the 11 ,Obama has not performed on 1,3,4,6,7,8,10 and 11 of his promises, another ‘’f‘’ rating

.

The only accomplishment that he could possibly consider a kept promise is

on items 2. spending on the $825 billion stimulus bill , item 5. surround himself with experienced and capable people ( could be questionable) and item 9. give 95% of the people a tax break ( really not a tax break but he didn‘t raise everyone’s taxes)

.

As he begins his 3rd year in office, the shine that he once had is getting pretty dull. It’s becoming clear as to who and what he represents being in the Whitehouse.

The Obama administration has approved over 1500 waivers to Obamcare, most of which were union affiliated plans. Recently 23 companies and unions were exempted from the legislation, 20% of those GRANTED on that day were in Congresswomen Pelosi’s district in San Francisco. How convenient for the Democrat leader. Remember when than Speaker Pelosi said ‘’ we need to pass the bill so that we can see what’s in it ‘’

On 5/24/11 a report on the Stimulus Funding was presented to some members of Congress. Senator Coburn is calling for a investigation as to why companies and non profits were given stimulus funds who owe the government federal taxes. It appears that 3700 contractors and non profits doing work for the government received $24 billion of stimulus funds.

Senator Coburn wants to know as to why and how the grants were given when the companies were tax delinquent. It would not look good for the Obama Administration if the companies had made large donations to the 2008 presidential campaign.

TODAY, JULY 2, 2011

Unemployment is 9.1%, there are 45,000 citizens collecting food stamps, the cost of gasoline and food has risen to historic levels and the National Debt under the Democrats control of Congress has increase $4.5 trillion and will exceed the $14.3 DEBT limit.

All that President Barak Obama and the Democrats are saying is that the Republicans are at fault. The facts of the matter is that what they ( DEMOCRATS ) propose does not work. Obama and the Democrats want to spend ( borrowed money ) and tax to change the economy around ( they have had 2.5 years ). The Republicans want to cut spending and lower taxes across the board for everyone.

It don’t take a fool to understand which plan is better?
